Chris Neagle (Chair) is an attorney with the Portland law firm of Troubh Heisler, P.A., and has been practicing real estate law in Maine since 1977. Originally from the Boston area, he is a member of the Spiller family from Wells, Maine. Chris lives in Cumberland with his loyal dog Gordie, and has two adult sons, whom he is very proud of.
Paul Clarke (Secretary) is a former Program Coordinator for Affinity, serving from its inception in March of 2004 through the end of 2006. At the end of 2006, Paul moved with his family to South West Florida, where he currently resides. Paul is now working in Healthcare as an educator. Although Paul is many states away (and originally from England) he stills considers Maine his home.
Kate Brix is a parent of a young adult with Autism. Currently serving her 7th year on the Windham School Board, she has had an active role in special education. Kate is now focused on the transition of disabled youth and long term planning for adults.
Courtney Hale, Ph.D (Treasurer) is a licensed psychologist with a private practice in Portland, Maine. She specializes in the developmental, learning and mental health needs of children, adolescents and young adults. A published scholar in the field of autism, Dr. Hale is particularly interested in collaborating with community-based organizations that support individuals with developmental disabilities.
